Locations and Travel Directions

NEW HAVEN, CT: 199 Whitney Avenue, 06511    SEE A MAP

  • Traveling on I-91 from NORTH or SOUTH, take Exit 3.
  • The exit ramp will open into three lanes; get into the middle lane.
  • Go straight through the first traffic light.
  • At the second light, take a right.
  • Go straight through the next light. (Whitney Avenue)
  • We will be approximately 50 feet past the light on the right hand side, directly across from the Peabody Museum. The entrance to our office is on the side of the building, which is where our patient parking is. Do not park in the front of the building or on the alley side.

BRANFORD, CT: 469 West Main Street, 06405    SEE A MAP

  • Traveling I-95 NORTH: Take Exit 51 (Frontage Road) and follow it straight for approximately 2 miles.
  • At the top of the hill there is a light with McDonald's on the left.
  • Take a right at the light and then your first left into our parking lot. You will see our office straight in front of you.

  • Traveling I-95 SOUTH: Take Exit 52 (North High Street) and take a left at the end of the ramp.
  • Go straight through the light and take your first left after the light. At the stop sign, take a left and then your first right (traffic light). This will connect you to ROUTE 1.
  • Follow Route 1 for approximately 2 miles. At the top of the hill there is a light with McDonald's on your left.
  • Take a right at the light on to Summit Place, then your first left into the parking lot. You will see our building directly in front of you.

HAMDEN, CT: 2200 Whitney Ave., Suite 270, 06518 SEE A MAP

  • Traveling I-91: Take Exit 10, follow connector to Exit 1 (State Street). Turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
  • Turn left at the light and turn right at the next light on to Dixwell Avenue.
  • Follow Dixwell Avenue until the light in front of the Town Hall. Turn left onto Whitney Avenue.
  • Follow for one half mile. Spring Glen Medical Center is on the right. Turn in the parking lot and go to Main entrance. We are located on the 2nd floor in Suite 270.

  • Traveling Merritt Parkway NORTH: Take Exit 61 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp on to Whitney Avenue.
  • At the light, turn right in to the Spring Glen Medical Center parking lot. We are on the second floor.

  • Traveling Merritt Parkway SOUTH: Take Exit 61 and and turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Whitney Avenue. At the first light, turn right into the parking lot. We are located on the 2nd floor in Suite 270.

MILFORD, CT: 30 Commerce Park, 06460    SEE A MAP

  • Traveling I-95 NORTH/SOUTH take US-1 S Exit 39A.
  • When you get to the bottom of the ramp, make a right. Immediately get in the left hand lane and stay in the left hand lane.
  • You will then see a fork in the road in front of you. You will see Cumberland Farms gas station. (Stay to the left of it).
  • After you pass Cumberland Farms, on the left hand side you will see the Getty Gas Station. The entrance to Commerce Park is right after the Getty Station.
  • 30 Commerce Park is the second building (third driveway). Please park right in front.
