At The Orthopaedic Group, we accept Worker's Compensation, Medicare and most major insurance plans. You can check with one of our appointment schedulers to see if we are a participating provider with your insurance plan.

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment for office services at the time that they are rendered. We accept cash or checks as payment. If we are a participating provider with your insurance company, we will bill them. However, if you have a copayment, by law, it must be paid at the time of your visit. We do not bill for copayments.

If you have had x-rays, MRI's, CT scans or any other diagnostic procedure related to the orthopedic problem for which we are seeing you, please be sure to bring those studies with you at the time of your visit.

If you would like to send your patient to see one of our physicians, please complete our TOG Consultation Request Form, and fax it to our Scheduling Department at (203) 865-6788.

Our team of dedicated appointment schedulers will make an appointment that is convenient for your patient. We will then fax your office a confirmation so you'll know when your patient is scheduled to be seen.
