If you or your family member has an urgent or emergent orthopaedic need in the off hours, evenings or weekends, please visit one of our OrthoNOW locations.
At The Orthopaedic Group, we accept Worker's Compensation, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Oxford, Connecticare, Medicare and most major insurance plans. You can check with one of our appointment schedulers to see if we are a participating provider with your insurance plan.
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment for office services at the time that they are rendered. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks as payment.
If we are a participating provider with your insurance company, we will bill them. However, if you have a copayment, under agreement with your insurance carrier, it must be paid at the time of your visit. If you have had x-rays, MRI's, CT scans or any other diagnostic procedure related to the orthopedic problem for which we are seeing you, please be sure to bring those studies with you at the time of your visit.

Our team of dedicated appointment schedulers will make an appointment that is convenient for your patient. We will then fax your office a confirmation so you'll know when your patient is scheduled to be seen.
